Croatia

1.Choosing the Right Property and Location

Tell us what you're looking for — and why.

Croatia offers a beautiful coastline, a stable market, and strong investment potential. We’ll help you choose the right property in the right location, based on your goals, lifestyle, and budget.

2.Reserving Your Property

Found the one? Great — we’ll help you secure it.

To reserve the property, a reservation agreement is usually signed and a deposit is paid (typically 5–10% of the purchase price). This takes the property off the market and secures it just for you.

We’ll guide you through everything — clearly and step by step.

3.Signing the Purchase Agreement

The next step is signing the purchase contract.

The agreement includes all key terms — price, payment conditions, and timelines. The buyer’s signature must be officially notarized.

Payment can be made directly to the seller or through a secure escrow account for additional protection.

4.Legal Checks & Property Registration

We make sure everything is safe and secure.

A legal due diligence is carried out (ownership, debts, legal status). The contract is then submitted to the Land Registry for ownership registration.

This process typically takes a few weeks.

5.Final Payment & Ownership Transfer

This is when it officially becomes yours.

After signing and submission:

  • you pay the remaining balance
  • ownership is registered in your name

Once completed, you become the official owner of the property.
